Terms of Service & Participation Agreement

By registering for and participating in Discovery Networking event hosted by Alex Hitt (“Host”), you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms:

1. Event Nature & Access

This is a recurring virtual networking event designed for business professionals. Participation is free, though premium memberships or affiliated offers may be presented. The Host reserves the right to modify the format, frequency, or structure of the event at any time without prior notice.

2. Information Sharing

Participants may voluntarily provide personal and professional contact details during registration and within the event. By doing so, you agree that:

• Your information may be shared with other attendees for networking purposes.

• The Host may compile, publish, and distribute networking directories (including cumulative lists of participants) in digital formats.

• Your participation may contribute to products, services, or content that may be monetized by the Host or affiliates.

3. Use of Information

The networking directory and all event-related materials are for personal, professional networking use only. Redistribution, resale, scraping, or unauthorized public use of participant data is strictly prohibited.

4. Conduct & Behavior

Respectful, professional behavior is expected. The Host reserves the right to remove or block any participant for:

• Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct

• Solicitation outside of the spirit of the event

• Violation of privacy or misuse of shared contact information

No refund or future access will be granted to individuals removed for misconduct.

5. No Guarantee of Results

This event is designed to facilitate introductions and connections. The Host makes no guarantee of leads, business outcomes, or results from participation.

6. Media & Recording

This event may be recorded, photographed, or used for promotional or training purposes. By attending, you grant the Host permission to use your image, name, or contributions in promotional material, unless you notify the Host in writing before the event.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

The Host is not liable for:

• The actions or communications of other participants

• Any outcomes from networking connections made during the event

• Technical issues including Zoom platform disruptions or access issues

8. Affiliate Disclosure

Some resources or links shared during or after the event may be affiliate links. The Host may receive compensation from referrals.
