By purchasing The One True List service, you agree to the following terms:

Scope of Service

This service consolidates and cleans the contact files you provide.
Deliverables include: one master CSV file, a supporting workbook documenting the cleaning process, and a Best Next Steps review call.
Cleaning is applied to key fields (first/last names, emails, phone numbers, job titles). Other data fields may be included in the output but are not cleaned as part of this package.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for gathering and sending your contact files (e.g., CSV/XLSX exports from Gmail, iPhone, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, CRM systems).
You confirm that you have the right to share this data for processing.
You acknowledge that ALL in Entry cannot begin work until files are received.

Data Privacy

Your data remains your property at all times.
ALL in Entry will not sell, share, or use your contacts for any purpose other than delivering the purchased service.
All data is processed with care and returned securely.

Limitations

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, data quality depends on the files provided.
Additional cleaning or specialized work outside of the defined scope may require a separate agreement and additional fees.

Payment & Refunds

Payment of $500 USD is required to begin the service.
Due to the customized nature of the work, all sales are final and non-refundable once processing begins.
