Requirements & Terms of Service

• This is a paid consulting service. All purchases are non-refundable once the session or program has been booked.

• This offering consists of private coaching sessions with Valerie Ritchie, delivered online.

• All coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom or a similar online video conferencing platform, with or without video, at Valerie’s discretion.

• Clients and Valerie have up to 30 days from the date of purchase (or from the prior session, if part of a multi-session package) to schedule each session. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate availability.

• Valerie reserves the right to extend a scheduling window if necessary; however, unused sessions do not roll over beyond the agreed period unless explicitly approved.

• No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction, missed sessions, or incomplete participation.

• Coaching sessions are intended for personal development and educational purposes only. Content discussed, shared materials, and any session recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, resold, or distributed.

• Valerie reserves the right to terminate a session or end the coaching relationship if a client engages in inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behavior, or violates these terms. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

• By purchasing this service, the client acknowledges that results vary and that no specific outcomes, personal changes, or guarantees are implied or promised.

• Any request to reschedule must be made with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the session.

• Technical issues on the client’s side (including internet connectivity, audio, or video problems) count toward session time. Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable connection.
