About the Instructor and Course
Learn the different types of procrastination and identify which one or ones apply to you. Note: Transcripts are below the videos and in downloadable .pdf format in the files. The worksheet pages that go with each lesson are also downloadable from each lesson's Files section.
In this section, we'll explore different psychology-based techniques to help you address the procrastination drivers discussed previously. There is some overlap in that different strategies will be helpful for more than one reason, so it's a good idea to watch all the lessons in this section.
The best way to get out of a hole is to not jump in to begin with. At the end of this section, you'll have strategies and tactics to keep you from procrastinating in the first place, or if you do (because we're all human), to minimize its negative effects.
