Dr. Herbert Harris is a great Mentor who is very encouraging, intelligent and wise! He loves to share his gifts with others and you can tell once he begins to speak! I'm learning so much from Dr. Harris and read chapters of his book repeatedly. It's that good!
Dr. Harris has done it once again. This was an excellent Mastermind lecture and I learned so much as always. I agree that to have a good team that will follow you, you will have to have a great leader. one that the team wouldn't hesitate to follow. Great leaders have great teams. WELL DONE, DR. HARRIS!!!!!!
Great course, Dr. Harris! I have worked on teams as a contributing member and/or leader for almost 40 years. I found your concise list of team and leadership attributes to be so useful and a good reminder of how we want to show up for each other on teams. I love EGO -> WEGO.
