✅ Requirements & Terms

This is a non-refundable 1-year coaching package priced at $1,000 (one-time payment).
It includes 10 private, personalized coaching sessions with Terza (The Terza Factor) to help you create your legacy course, gift, or story-based digital asset.

You’ll schedule your sessions in 30- to 90-minute blocks over the course of 12 months.

👥 Session Format

• All coaching sessions take place over Zoom, with or without video—your choice.

• You’ll receive a booking link and welcome email after purchase.

📅 Scheduling & Availability

• Sessions are flexible—weekly, monthly, or bundled—but must be used within 12 months of purchase.

• Both client and coach agree to schedule sessions within 30 days of each other’s availability.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.

• Terza may extend the coaching timeline at her discretion; clients may not unilaterally extend access.

📩 Email & Support

• After purchase, email me per the instructions in the video or pdf in Module 1.

• Light email support is included for follow-up questions between sessions.

• No refunds will be issued for this package.

• Coaching session materials, recordings, and tools are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

• Terza reserves the right to terminate coaching for inappropriate behavior, misuse of materials, or violation of terms.

• While we aim for transformation and clarity, no specific outcome—creative, emotional, or financial—is guaranteed.

• A stable internet connection is required. Tech issues on the client’s side will count toward session time.
