HAE Expert Program
Before you hire an expert, you’ll gain clarity on exactly how the HAE process works—so there are no surprises, no confusion, and no wasted time.
Inside this course, you’ll learn:
What the Hire an Expert (HAE) Program actually provides—and where the boundaries are
How to prepare and organize your course materials for smooth onboarding
What’s required before work can begin (and why missing items cause delays)
How pricing works, including hourly projects vs. flat-rate services
What timelines typically look like and what affects turnaround
How revisions work and what qualifies as a revision
What happens after you submit your project request
By the end, you’ll know exactly what to expect, how to prepare, and whether HAE is the right solution for your project.
Understand what HAE is, who it’s for, and how this process works.
Clarify the scope of services to ensure aligned expectations.
Learn how to properly organize and submit your content for a smooth onboarding process.
Understand how billing works and what to expect during the project.
Know what happens from submission to project completion.
Ensure you are fully prepared before hiring an expert. Fill out the form to start the process.
To hire an HAE, you must:
Have your course, audiobook, or channel content fully created (HAE does not create content)
Provide all required materials outlined in the HAE Worksheet
Submit organized, clearly labeled files via Google Drive or WeTransfer
Confirm your course type and pricing before work begins
Understand that HAE follows instructions and does not make strategic decisions on your behalf
Agree to the 2-revision limit per project
Be responsive to clarification requests to avoid project delays
If materials are incomplete or unclear, onboarding may be paused until resolved.
