Requirements & Terms of Service:

1. This is a non-refundable 1-hour consulting session which will not exceed 1 hour

2. Mike Hayes is not required to continue communication or consulting after the 1-hour consulting session

3. Consulting must take place over Zoom, either with or without video

4. Mike Hayes is not required to be present on camera during the Zoom session, depending on the timezone and internet connection, Mike may choose to be off-camera

5. Mike Hayes and the customer has 30 days to schedule the Zoom consulting schedule. Both parties will do their best to accommodate the soonest possible session. Mike Hayes has the right to extend the 30-day period, but the customer does not, depending on the schedule

6. If the customer is not pleased with the consulting session, no refunds will be given

7. Consulting session content, including recordings and materials, is for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed

8. Mike Hayes reserves the right to terminate the session if the client exhibits inappropriate behavior or violates these terms

9. By purchasing this consulting session, the client acknowledges that results vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed

10. Schedule changes must be requested with a minimum 48-hour notice; no-shows forfeit their session

11. Technical issues on the client's end will count against the session time; ensure a stable internet connection
