This Event—including video, audio, chat messages, Q&A, presentations, and shared materials—will be recorded.
By attending, you grant The Great Discovery™, its operators, and affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to record, edit, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display Event content that may include your name, image, voice, and participation across any media now or in the future (including replays, training, education, marketing, and promotional materials).
If you prefer not to appear on camera, please keep your video and microphone turned off and avoid sharing personal details in chat or Q&A. Your display name or text-based participation may still be visible.
You waive any right to approval, attribution, royalties, or compensation related to these uses.
The Event features founders, leaders, creators, and contributors sharing perspectives on global business, education, and opportunity.
All views expressed by speakers or participants are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of The Great Discovery™. The platform does not endorse specific opinions, strategies, or claims presented during the Event.
Hosts, speakers, organizers, and affiliates may receive compensation related to products, services, or programs discussed during the Event. Speakers are responsible for disclosing any relevant affiliations, partnerships, or financial relationships.

Your personal information is collected to manage Event registration, access, communications, and replays.
Third-party platforms (including Zoom, email services, and registration systems) may process data as part of Event delivery and are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Speakers, topics, schedules, and formats are subject to change without notice.
In the event of rescheduling or cancellation, The Great Discovery™ is not responsible for indirect costs, losses, or damages incurred by attendees.
Participation involves personal and professional judgment. You are solely responsible for how you apply information shared during the Event.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release The Great Discovery™, its affiliates, organizers, and partners from liability related to your participation.
Any liability related to the Event is limited to direct damages only. The Great Discovery™ is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Great Discovery™ regarding participation in the Event.
The Terms may be updated at any time. Continued registration or attendance constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
