This 12-week coaching program focuses on the 6 Pillars of Lifestyle Medicine. This emerging international medical field focuses on natural ways to prevent, treat, and reverse numerous diseases through lifestyle modifications based on decades of high-quality medical research. The American Medical Association acknowledges this potentially game-changing field as one steeped in sound research. As a matter of fact, the AMA has adopted a resolution calling for physicians to acquire and apply the competencies of Lifestyle Medicine. Fewer than 1% of U.S. physicians are board-certified in this field. Hopefully, one day, the focus will be well-care, not just healthcare.
Four out of five visits to the doctor are for lifestyle-related conditions. Lifestyle-related diseases are many and include, but are not limited to, diabetes, hypertension, heart attacks, strokes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), some forms of cancer, and obesity. Genetic predisposition to many diseases is only part of the picture. Many environmental/lifestyle factors help determine whether these genes are "turned on" (epigenetics). We will delve into these epigenetic factors in each coaching session.

This program will provide you with evidence-based information proven to decrease (if not eliminate) factors that put you at risk for developing lifestyle-related diseases. We will establish short-term and long-term goals to optimize your wellness journey, and together, we will create strategies to help you overcome current obstacles to enjoying the vitality you deserve.
This coaching program DOES NOT guarantee you will never develop these diseases. It DOES provide you with cutting-edge information on how to significantly DECREASE your risk of developing these conditions or improve your outcome if you are diagnosed with them.

Coach Dr. Ann Hester's 12-week PTR Reset Coaching Program provides one 60-minute group coaching session on Zoom once weekly. Please note: Each cohort may include up to 15 participants. Depending on enrollment timing, you may be the only member in your group for part or all of the program.

Group Coaching Schedule:
This program includes 12 weekly, one-hour group coaching sessions designed to help you stay motivated, connected, and supported every step of the way. To make attendance as convenient as possible, two time options will be offered each week—one during the day and one in the evening.
Participants can attend whichever session best fits their schedule each week. All sessions will be interactive, empowering, and filled with actionable strategies to help you apply what you learn in real life.
(If a participant can’t attend live, recordings or key takeaways may be made available to ensure no one falls behind.)
A Coaching Agreement must be signed electronically prior to the first session. It will explain the coaching arrangement and will also contain the URL to my Zoom room where we will meet.
