How do you define your motivation? There are 2 important questions to ask yourself. What will happen if I don't give up this habit? What will happen when I do give us this habit?

This lesson covers what you need to pay attention to and how to do do effectively.

Many programs and practitioners insist that changing habits has nothing to do with willpower. This nonsense is perpetrated because many so-called "providers" want to make it sound like their program is easy and convenient. They obviously know nothing about the neuroscience of change which is explained in this lesson and leads to essential strategies that are needed for long-term change.
