This is a non-refundable 1-year coaching package priced at $1,000 (one-time payment).
It includes 12 hours of private, personalized AI coaching with Terza (The Terza Factor).
You’ll schedule sessions in 30- to 90-minute blocks over the course of 12 months.
👥 Session Format
- All coaching sessions take place over Zoom, with or without video.
- You’ll receive a link to schedule your sessions after purchase.
📅 Scheduling & Availability
- Both client and coach agree to schedule sessions within 30 days of each other’s availability.
- Sessions can be used flexibly (monthly or bundled) but must be completed within 12 months of purchase.
- Terza reserves the right to extend the timeline at her discretion; clients may not unilaterally extend access.
- Schedule changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows will forfeit their session time.
📩 Email & Support
- Clients will receive instructions for scheduling next steps in the video after purchase.
- Light email support between sessions is included for follow-up questions.
⚠️ Other Terms
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Coaching session content (including recordings and materials) is for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.
- Terza reserves the right to terminate coaching in cases of inappropriate conduct or violation of these terms.
- Results vary. While we aim for clarity and transformation, no specific business outcome or income is guaranteed.
- Please ensure you have a stable internet connection. Technical issues on the client’s end will count toward session time.
