This is the introductory course for the 12-week workshop style course called the 3P Operations Framework which optimizes both your personal productivity and align your current work situation with business operations fundamentals, so that you become a next level producer.
This introductory course was designed to give an overview of the 3P Framework and help you understand why it's important to growing your leadership and your business.
This one lesson course will help you Learn what the three aspects of the framework are and help you assess how healthy your business or organization is.
This stand alone lesson will present what the three most important aspects of running a business or organization.
1. Current Role in Leadership or Management**: Participants should hold a position that involves team leadership, management responsibilities, or a desire to advance to such roles.
2. Commitment to Personal and Professional Growth: A willingness to engage in self-reflection, adopt new strategies, and actively participate in discussions and activities throughout the course.
3. Basic Understanding of Business Operations: Familiarity with core business functions, such as operations, human resources, and financial management, is recommended.
4. Open Mindset for Learning and Change: Participants should be open to new ideas, feedback, and willing to adopt a growth-oriented mindset.
5. Access to a Computer and Reliable Internet: The course includes online workshops, assignments, and interactive sessions requiring consistent internet access.
