Requirements & Terms of Service

Mandatory Requirements:

• A stable internet connection and the ability to join Zoom meetings with video enabled
• Availability to meet for the Discovery Session and up to three weekly revision meetings over the course of one month
• Client must provide a basic outline of the landing page, including:
  • Business description or offer
  • Desired call to action
  • Photos, videos, illustrations, graphs, and other relevant assets
  • Written content (or guidance if copywriting assistance is needed)

Note: This course does not include full brand development or logo design—these are available as separate services

Important Terms:

• This is a non-refundable course. Every effort will be made to ensure client satisfaction through three rounds of revisions.
• Kristin Kodenski reserves the right to terminate the engagement if the client exhibits inappropriate behavior or violates these terms.
• Results vary based on your effort, offer strength, and provided content. No specific income or outcome is guaranteed.
• 48-hour notice is required for any schedule changes. No-shows will forfeit their session.
• The client and Kristin Kodenski have 30 days to schedule the initial Zoom session. Kristin may extend this window based on availability, but the client may not.

Additional Costs:

The listed course price covers Strategy, Design, and Programming only. The following are not included but can be discussed during your consultation:

• Wix hosting and premium plan
• Domain registration
• Business email
• Ongoing marketing or lead generation services
