Requirements

This service is a non-refundable, one-time purchase for a 60-minute one-on-one Power Hour with Lynn Sanders.

The session is designed for live, interactive guidance and may include real-time review of written content, messaging, marketing materials, or strategic direction based on the client’s needs during the call.

All sessions take place via Zoom.

Clients are required to complete the intake form provided during onboarding prior to the scheduled Power Hour. This information allows Lynn to prepare and ensures the session is focused and productive.

The Power Hour must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase, subject to Lynn’s availability. Reasonable scheduling accommodations will be made when possible.

Missed or no-show appointments are forfeited. Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with feedback, guidance, or outcomes provided during the session.

Any notes, suggestions, or guidance shared during the Power Hour are for the client’s personal use only and may not be resold, repurposed, or used in commercial training or consulting without permission.

Lynn reserves the right to end the session without refund if a client engages in inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior.

By purchasing this service, the client acknowledges that results vary and that no specific business, financial, publishing, or marketing outcomes are guaranteed.

The client is responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection during the Zoom session. Technical issues on the client’s side may reduce available session time.
