Each course can be taken in any order of interest to you. You might benefit from taking the courses in order, but it is truly up to you.
You will experience hypnotherapy, which is simply to slow down and to think deeply. When you are in a relaxed state, you will connect with the safety and wisdom of your Soul or Higher Self. Dani will guide you to release emotions and life experiences, and empower emotions that will strengthen you to live more aligned with who you are!
