What you'll learn

Join me for a Guided Meditation to intentionally activate your Chakras. I will guide you through a meditation infused with Reiki to open up and activate your Chakras!

How to Prepare:
-Be ready for an hour of meditation, to be done whenever you would like!
-I recommend setting up your space where you can be in a comfortable, meditative position. Either laying down or sitting comfortably. 
-Headphones may be supportive
-An eye mask may be supportive
-Water to hydrate
-A "post snack" to re-nourish as you may move alot of energy
-Be sure to use the bathroom beforehand!
