The Discovery Summit – Terms of Participation

Important: By registering for, accessing, or attending The Discovery Summit (the “Event”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or attend. This document outlines general event terms and is not legal advice.

1. Recording, Likeness Release, and Distribution

The Event (including video, audio, chat, Q&A, and shared materials) will be recorded.

By attending, you grant The Great Discovery and its affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to record, edit, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display these materials — including your name, image, voice, and participation — across any media, now or in the future (e.g., replays, educational content, social media, paid courses, and promotions).

If you prefer not to appear on camera, please keep your video and microphone off and avoid sharing personal details in chat or Q&A. Attendance may still include your chat name or text comments.

You waive any right to approval, attribution, royalties, or compensation related to these uses.

2. Speakers, Topics, and Neutrality

The Discovery Summit features a diverse range of voices and ideas.
Views expressed by speakers or participants are their own and do not necessarily represent The Great Discovery. The platform does not endorse any individual, opinion, or claim shared during the event.

3. Compensation and Disclosures

Hosts, speakers, and affiliates may receive compensation from products, services, or affiliate programs mentioned during the Event. Each speaker is responsible for disclosing relevant partnerships or sponsorships.

4. Educational Purpose Only

Content is for general educational and creative purposes. Nothing presented constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.
No outcomes, earnings, or results are guaranteed — your success depends on your own effort and application.

5. Eligibility and Access

You must be 18 or older to attend.
Access links are personal and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
The Host reserves the right to limit or revoke access for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

6. Community Conduct

We foster a respectful, inclusive, and global learning environment.
Harassment, hate speech, spam, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
Please treat others with respect and protect the privacy of participants.

7. Intellectual Property

All event materials, recordings, and assets are owned by The Great Discovery or its partners.
Recording, rebroadcasting, or redistributing event content without written consent is prohibited.
You retain ownership of your contributions but grant the Host a license to use them for the purposes outlined in Section 

8. Privacy and Data Use

Your information is collected and processed to deliver event access, updates, and replays.
Third-party providers (such as Zoom and email systems) may handle parts of this process. Participation is also subject to their terms and policies.

9. Schedule and Technical Changes

Event topics, speakers, or formats may change at any time.
If rescheduled or canceled, The Great Discovery is not responsible for indirect costs or losses.

10. Responsibility and Risk

Participation in any learning or networking event involves some personal and business discretion.
By attending, you accept full responsibility for how you apply information shared.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, you release The Great Discovery and its affiliates from liability related to your participation.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Great Discovery’s total liability for any claim related to this event is limited to direct damages only. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

12. Agreement and Updates

These Terms represent the entire understanding between you and The Great Discovery regarding The Discovery Summit.
We may update these Terms at any time, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
