In this section, you will learn how to be aware of the difference between what you planned and what you did each day, and what it tells you over time to help you regulate your priorities. You will learn to evaluate the changes and separate potentially demotivating self-criticism into a time frame where it can be evaluated accurately and have a more positive impact on your motivation.
After this section, you will be able to summarize the knowledge and skills you've learned, and how to continue to develop the habits for the mastery of owning and making the most of your time. When you've been doing this for a bit, you'll be ready for the second course in the series, getting more intentional about priorities!
