Your will learn to take yourself into an altered, hypnotic state, with all the benefits of deep relaxation and stress relief.
You will meet and your Power Self - you EXACTLY the way you want to be - and step into and experience being that person.
You will witness Core Transformation, exploring and transforming parts of ourselves that are responsible for negative, uncomfortable, or difficult feelings, thinking, and behaviors, through existential/spiritual states of being.
You will observe Wholeness Work, a paradigm that engages the sensory perceptions of emotions to bring about profound changes in negative, uncomfortable, and restrictive feelings and reactivity.
You will learn two simple "mind tricks" to reduce or eliminate pain. You will gain an understanding of what hypnosis is, and that hypnosis is something YOU do, rather than something done TO you. I will teach you a "The Zone", a hypnosis/self-hypnosis exercise; you will be able to do this by yourself (it is an assignment!) In "The Zone" again, I will guide you through a "Power Self" exercise, in which you imagine or visualize yourself EXACTLY the way you want to be, in every respect, and then step into and BECOME this person for a while. You will be able to do "Power Self" on your own - this is also an assignment.
In this session we introduce you to a powerful paradigm for resolving feelings, thoughts, and behaviors that are keeping you stuck. Through this process, barriers, blocks, anxieties, or fears that you have been experiencing become GATEWAYS to wonderful STATES OF BEING that completely transform the issue and, ultimately, YOU.
Wholeness is a "path to awakening" and way of resolving life problems, a spiritual way of doing hypnotherapy/NLP. This paradigm has helped people with many and diverse issues, including anxiety, fears, trauma, stuttering, addictions, insomnia, relationship issues, difficult emotions, physical pain, and much more. People report it as gentle, kind, and easy. Most people experience a deep relaxation and resetting of the nervous system; a natural melting away of issues that previously seemed like intractable problems; an increased sense of well-being; and greater access to a natural wisdom, compassion, humor, and creativity. In this session we will introduce Wholeness and lead the group through a basic experience, followed by two demonstrations, then questions and some examples of doing Wholeness with clients.
