OVERVIEW
Automation is the “name of the game” when it comes to sales efficiency. Saving time, labor, and money is a huge benefit of having a CRM and utilizing it effectively, and especially applies to Lead Generation. Leads are the oxygen for your business! Let’s automate the flow of leads so that you get MORE of them and can start making MONEY MONEY.

YOUR CHALLENGE
This week you will be creating a new Automation / Workflow as demonstrated in our weekly support session.

Here are the specific tasks you need to get done:

  • Go to Automation (on the main toolbar) and choose Create Workflow
    Locate “Start from Scratch” (top left) and then click Continue (in that same box)
    At the top where it says “New Workflow xxxxxx,” select text & give it a new Title
            (note: I usually add the DATE at the end of any new title to locate it later)
    Add a new Trigger (at the top) and have that Trigger be your FORM that you made
    Add the various Actions that we will cover in the session

NOTE

You will want to understand the basic concept of creating an Automation (which we will cover in this session), but don’t expect that you will be an Expert at this right away! In fact, we can do many of your automations for you (and have done already), but if you understand what is behind the creation of new automations, it will guide your thought process.

KEY BENEFIT
This week you will learn the nuts and bolts for how to create a Lead Generation funnel. If you want new clients and customers, this is an essential step!

OVERVIEW
Lead generation in the modern era is all based on compliance. Learn how to create a domain to the Max Pro CRM, then create a landing page, and then create a lead magnet FORM that will collect contact information of your prospects with appropriate consent boxes where respondents can give you their legal approval to use their information, and then embed that form into the landing page.

YOUR CHALLENGE
There are several specific (and somewhat technical) steps for creating a Lead Generation funnel based on a FORM.

Here are the specific tasks you need to get done:

  1. Add a DOMAIN to your CRM account (if you haven’t done this already)
  2. Create a new landing page on the CRM based on the Cloning method
  3. Edit and modify the language of that landing page to fit the purpose
  4. Add a FORM element to the page
  5. Create a FORM to collect leads for any program that you have
  6. Link that new FORM that you created to the landing page

These are some of the most technical aspects of lead generation, but they are not really “hard,” they just take some learning and some time. After you complete the steps above, you’re still “not done” with the full process of lead generation. Next week we will cover how to finish up this lead generation funnel by adding a Thank You page, and then adding people who fill out the Form to an automation for follow-up.

NOTES

OVERVIEW
Growing your business includes a clear picture of the Customer Journey for your prospects and customers. The journey starts with the Discovery Stage - meeting you or hearing about your services, then the Evaluation Stage - thinking about your offer and making a purchase decision, the Customer Stage - where they purchase one thing, and then another thing, to the Fan Stage (or Ambassador Stage) - where they share their experience with others and become a Raving Fan!

YOUR CHALLENGE
Create a Sales Pipeline for your Customer Journey. Add 10 prospects.

You will do this by first adding them as a Contact in your Contacts area (on the main toolbar), then when their Profile opens, scroll down and add them to Opportunities / Pipelines and then to the Prospect stage.

NOTES
TGD Quest $10 Level -> Your challenge is to start a Google spreadsheet and add Columns to delineate the Customer Journey & Pipeline Stages.
CRM Levels ($50, $100) -> Create your first Sales Pipeline (under Opportunities) to include the following stages. Then add at least 10 prospects.

Funnel News - UPDATES

Today on Barrier Busters (Tuesday, 7-28-25) we started with updates on the TGD QUEST funnels already finished and delivered. We went over some fixes to the funnels, name changes, etc. Then we discussed ideas for enhancements, including putting the "personal section" (with videos, etc.) front and center.

Alex and I discussed that option, and we agreed that we can certainly do customization of the TGD Funnel, including not only posting personal videos but even helping you create them! But, that should be at the $50 - Brand Elevator level, not the $10 level. So, we are happy to "feminize" the funnel or "customize it" for you, but not at the $10 level.

Tomorrow (Wed, 7-30-25) on Team Alex we will discuss what is included in the $50 - Brand Elevator level, and how that level will also "qualify" you as an active affiliate and can also do the same for people you recruit. Plus you will earn commissions on those you recruit.
