When you encounter pain, do you think it is just a symptom of aging?

What if I tell you it is not really. It is your body asking for help, so you can feel better. Listening to these signals, can prevent disease and decline. How do I know? I have the Lou Gherigs gene and hurt so bad I could not bend over to tie my l shoes or put on my pants. My neck hurt so bad, I thought I couldn't drive. Overcoming pain was a process. Learning took a few starts and stops, some backsliding and some hormone things to age through. Finding my best foods kept my bad genes from expressing and helped me learn what is needed to keep these genes fed.... to overcome disease and decline. Would you like to know?

 Here is help for your concerns, questions, and other issues that may arise from fine-tuning what you eat.  This video explains why I believe this will help. I was always hungry and had sciatica and arthritic pain. Removing inflammatory foods and adding other foods helps me move now, pain free. 

Noticing what people eat, helps understand portion size.  The skinny ones eat a reasonable amount and the heavier ones eat twice as much. I knew the dangers of eating more than you need.
