Requirements

  1. This is a non-refundable coaching agreement which will not exceed 1 hour per session.
  2. Kristi Tornabene will continue coaching at the next meeting.
  3. Consulting must take place over Zoom, either with or without video
  4. Kristi Tornabene is not required to be present on camera during the Zoom session, depending on timezone and internet connection, Kristi may choose to be off camera.
  5. Kristi Tornabene and the customer has 30 days to schedule the Zoom consulting schedule. Both parties will do their best to accommodate the soonest possible session.
  6. Kristi Tornabene has the right to extend meeting times, but the customer does not, depending on both of our needs.
  7. If the customer is not pleased with the consulting session, no refunds will be given.
  8. Consulting session content, including recordings and materials, is for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.
  9. Kristi Tornabene reserves the right to terminate the session if the client exhibits inappropriate behavior or violates these terms.
  10. By purchasing this consulting session, the client acknowledges that results vary and depend on the student. 
  11.  Schedule changes must be requested with minimum 48-hour notice; no-shows forfeit their session.
  12. Technical issues on the client's end will count against the session time; ensure stable internet connection.
  13. A willingness to learn what the body needs.
  14. Willingness to commit for one year. and more if necessary.
  15. Changing from pre-contemplation to contemplation and action
  16. 40 minute coaching sessions twice a month on zoom.
  17. Skip trial and error and Learn the truth for your body.
  18. Move from action to Maintenance and SUCCESS!
