In your first week, you'll dive into the idea that ADHD, when harnessed effectively, can be a powerful productivity superpower. In the group session, “ADHD: Your Superpower for Productivity,” you’ll join a lively discussion on how to leverage your ADHD strengths to boost focus and productivity. Then, in the at-home exercise, “The ADHD Chronicles,” you’ll reflect on and celebrate your unique ADHD experiences through journaling. In your individual session, “Meet Your ADHD Superhero,” you’ll complete a creative assessment that introduces key program principles in a fun, engaging way—setting the stage for your journey ahead.

In this week, you’ll gain tools to reshape your mindset into one that’s positive, growth-focused, and totally ADHD-friendly. During the group session, “Mindset Gymnastics,” you’ll practice dynamic techniques to build resilience and optimism, all with a dose of humor to keep it fun. At home, the “Affirmation Fiesta” exercise will keep your spirits high with daily affirmations and creative challenges to help you set and achieve meaningful goals. In your individual session, “Limiting Belief Busters,” you’ll dig into any personal “kryptonite”—those sneaky limiting beliefs—and learn powerful strategies to transform them into strengths that support your success.

This week, you’ll discover strategies to boost your focus and tackle distractions like a pro. In the group session, “The Focus Factory,” you’ll dive into a mix of engaging strategies and fun games designed to strengthen your focus muscles and minimize those pesky distractions. For your at-home exercise, “Pomodoro Party,” you’ll add a twist to the classic Pomodoro Technique, turning focused work sessions into something enjoyable and energizing.

This week, you’ll dive into ADHD-friendly time management skills that make staying on schedule feel easy and even fun. In the group session, “Time-Travel Techniques,” you’ll explore imaginative strategies to manage your time effectively, using methods designed with ADHD in mind. Then, with the at-home exercise, “Time Treasure Hunt,” you’ll conduct a playful time audit, discovering where your time really goes and creating a plan to use it in ways that support your goals.

This week, you’ll gain skills to master your emotions and manage stress with ease. In the group session, “Emotional Rollercoaster Mastery,” you’ll learn interactive techniques to handle stress and emotional ups and downs in a fun, supportive environment. In the group session, “Accountability Avengers,” you’ll create personal and professional accountability systems with a superhero-inspired twist, making it fun to stay committed. For the at-home exercise, “Buddy System Setup,” you’ll design a creative accountability partnership with a buddy, ensuring you both stay motivated and supported along the way.

This week, you’ll take on procrastination head-on and learn how to overcome it with confidence. In the group session, “Procrastination Battle Royale,” you’ll dive into powerful strategies to defeat procrastination, all presented in an epic, battle-themed format to keep it engaging. For your at-home exercise, “Procrastination Investigation,” you’ll identify your personal procrastination triggers through fun activities and explore ways to address them so you can stay focused and productive.

This week, you’ll level up your organization skills and create a workspace that fuels your productivity. In the group session, “Organize Like a Boss,” you’ll develop strong organizational habits with a confident, boss-like attitude, making it easier to stay on top of tasks. For your at-home exercise, “Workspace Wonderland,” you’ll transform your personal workspace into a productivity paradise, creating an environment that inspires and supports your best work.

This week, you’ll sharpen your communication skills with a fun, interactive approach. In the group session, “Communication Cocktail Party,” you’ll practice and improve your communication techniques in lively, party-like scenarios that make learning engaging. For your at-home exercise, “Listening and Speaking Adventure,” you’ll dive into playful activities designed to boost your active listening and speaking skills, helping you connect with others more effectively and confidently.

This week, you’ll focus on setting inspiring long-term goals with a creative twist. In the group session, “Goal Galaxy Exploration,” you’ll embark on an imaginative journey to map out your big-picture goals in a fun, exploratory setting. For your at-home exercise, “5-Year Plan Party,” you’ll create a 5-year plan complete with celebratory milestones, giving you a clear and motivating roadmap to guide your progress well into the future.
