With over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and educator, I’ve made it my mission to help solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, and educators unlock their full potential. I’m passionate about fostering growth and transformation, which led me to create my unique approach called CoachSulting.

By combining the supportive guidance of coaching with the strategic expertise of consulting, I tailor this approach to meet your unique needs. My Journey

My entrepreneurial journey began over 25 years ago when I founded a small preschool and afterschool program. It was here that I first saw the transformative power of a nurturing and consistent environment—an experience that shaped my coaching philosophy. I believe that consistency and clarity are crucial to achieving success, and I carry these principles into all my work.

I later founded Resume International, where I helped professionals gain confidence and clarity in their career advancement. This venture deepened my understanding of how consistent guidance can reignite one’s professional passion.

Most recently, I launched Teacher Coles English Corner (TCEC), an online teaching company that has now grown to include additional teachers. At TCEC, I focus on helping students improve their English skills, emphasizing real-world application and practical conversational skills. This experience reinforced my belief in the power of clear and confident communication.

Overcoming Challenges

Throughout my journey, I’ve faced numerous challenges—balancing multiple businesses, scaling an online teaching company, and navigating the complexities of entrepreneurship. These experiences have taught me resilience and the importance of adaptability. I now share these lessons with my clients through my CoachSulting approach.
