In this section you will find the R.E.A.L. Recipe Guide which is filled with simple yet delicious meals that take the guess work out of what you should or should not eat. To familiarize yourself, please read through the recipes and if there is something you absolutely hate then omit that recipe on the day(s) it pops up on your weekly meal plan. There are plenty of delicious recipes to choose from. You will also find a Measurement Guide. Take your measurements before you begin R.E.A.L. Write them in a notebook or in the companion journal so you can compare as you go through the program. What are the benefits of taking measurements (and if you choose photos) at the beginning? It helps to know where you are at the start and are a great motivation, especially when you notice a change.

We kick off the challenge with a two-day pseudo “detox” to prepare your body for the changes ahead. This isn't anything extreme—just a simple way to support your body's incredible built-in self-cleaning system, including your liver, kidneys, colon, and skin.
