Speaker Spot Terms of Service

By purchasing the Speaker Spot at Speed Networking, you agree to the following terms:

1. First-Come, First-Served Scheduling

• Speaking spots are assigned in the order they are purchased.

• Due to high demand, your spot may be scheduled several weeks out.

• If you have questions about your speaking date, please message Haleh Houshim privately. Do not disrupt the group chat or event with scheduling concerns.

2. No Refunds – All Sales Are Final

• Your payment secures your spot in a premium, high-visibility event.

• Absolutely no refunds will be issued, including but not limited to:

  • Schedule conflicts

  • Change of mind

  • Technical difficulties on your end

  • Lack of sales, leads, or follow-up results

This is a non-refundable promotional opportunity. Please only purchase if you fully understand and agree to this.

3. No Guarantees

• This is a visibility and branding opportunity. While many speakers make powerful connections and gain leads, no outcome is guaranteed.

• You are responsible for your own message, presentation, and follow-up strategy.

4. No Redos or Rescheduling

• There are no do-overs. Once your spot is scheduled, it is final.

• If you miss your scheduled speaking time for any reason, including tardiness, technical failure, or emergency, your opportunity is forfeited with no refund and no rescheduling.

5. Respectful Conduct

• You are expected to act professionally and respect the spirit of the networking event.

• Haleh reserves the right to remove or mute any speaker who engages in inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive behavior, without refund.

6. Single-Use License

• Your Speaker Spot is valid for one appearance only.

• Sharing, transferring, or re-selling your speaking slot is not allowed without written permission from Haleh Houshim.
