In this Pathway you will focus on a new mission focus on Start or Grow a Business. With pre-populated milestones, forces and actions, you will be able to focus on the areas that have been a challenge in the past. You will learn what others have accomplished and utilize that same information to fast track your way to mission success in Start or Grow a Business.
In this section you will: • Watch the videos associated with Step 0 in The Great Discovery Course (you should have completed this before you started this course). These videos will help you understand the importance of defining your mission focus for this pathway. • Take time to define your mission focus. What is your primary goal for this pathway program? Write it down to clarify your intentions.
In this section you will: • Optional: If you choose to explore your core values further, watch the videos for Step 1 in The Great Discovery Course (you should have completed this before you started this course). • Complete part 2 of the core value exercise. This involves comparing your new mission focus with your intrinsic core values. Look for alignment between at least one core value and your new mission.
In this section you will: • Watch the videos related to Step 2 in The Great Discovery Course (you should have completed this before you started this course). These will guide you in brainstorming ideas for the catalyst of your new mission focus. • Reflect on what inspires and excites you regarding this new mission. What could be the catalyst that will enable mission success?
In this section you will: • Watch the videos for Steps 3 and 4 in The Great Discovery Course (you should have completed this before you started this course) to understand the importance of milestones in your journey. • Determine the milestones you believe are necessary to achieve your new mission focus and catalyst. Also, identify the milestones you anticipate may be problematic for you on this path.

Make any necessary adjustments based on the pathway information provided. Ensure alignment with your pathway goals. • Identify which milestones you anticipate might be problematic for you.
