Requirements & Terms of Service – The Crone Goddess® Speaking Programme

1. Programme Details

This is a non-refundable private coaching programme priced at £999.
Includes 3 x 90-minute coaching sessions, 3 x shorter touchpoint sessions, and ongoing support between sessions.
All sessions are delivered via Zoom.

2. Scheduling

Valerie and the client will schedule all sessions directly via email.
All sessions must be completed within 3 months of the programme start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
No-shows or late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will forfeit the session.

3. Technology Requirements

Clients must ensure a stable internet connection and access to Zoom.
Technical issues on the client’s end will count toward session time.

4. Conduct & Boundaries

This is a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space.
Valerie reserves the right to end the coaching relationship without refund if a client engages in inappropriate, disrespectful, or abusive behaviour.
All discussions remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
