The Great Discovery Compensation Plan

Anyone of legal age in their country or jurisdiction of residence may earn income as a TGD Affiliate, subject to acceptance of the Affiliate Agreement and applicable laws. There are three participant types:

• Members / Customers (Learners) — may later choose to upgrade to Affiliate status
• Affiliates — promote content, refer others, and build network communities
• Creators — publish courses, content, memberships, and subscriptions

Creators are registered as Affiliates by default to enable Creator Royalty payments and may earn both Creator Royalties and Affiliate compensation.

The Great Discovery currently accepts:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• American Express
• Discover
• TGD e-Wallet

Compensation is calculated and settled on weekly and monthly payment cycles, as defined in the Compensation Plan:

• Weekly compensation is processed on Mondays for the prior weekly period (ending each Saturday at midnight Pacific Time), subject to a 7-day pending and verification period
• Monthly compensation is processed on or about the 15th day of the following month

All compensation is credited to the participant's TGD e-Wallet, from which funds may be used for marketplace purchases, or transferred to any Affiliate or Member on the marketplace. Withdrawals outside the platform are facilitated in up to 200 countries through our integrated payment processor, subject to processor availability and applicable regulations.

Depending on your location, you may be able to withdraw funds by direct bank deposit to your account, use of an international debit card issued by the payment processor, or in Bitcoin. If you need special assistance, contact: [email protected].

The Compensation Plan includes multiple potential income streams, which may include:

1. Creator Royalties
2. Creator Override Commissions
3. Direct Sales Commissions
4. Network Community Overrides (NCO)
5. Rank Attainment Rewards
6. Global Rank Advancement Pool
7. "3-and-Free" Subscription Benefit

Eligibility, amounts, and timing are governed by the Compensation Plan and may vary by participant.

Yes. Participants may earn compensation through:

• Direct Sales Commissions
• Creator Royalties

Building network communities is optional and may increase eligibility for certain forms of compensation, but it is not required to earn from personal sales.

Active status is required to qualify for certain commissions and bonuses. An Affiliate is considered Active if they:

• Maintain an active Genius Club subscription (any tier), or
• Generate $40 USD in new personal sales or purchases within the prior 5-week period

Direct Sales Commissions and Creator Royalties do not require Active status.

Any new personal marketplace sales totaling at least $40 USD within the monthly qualification period count toward Active status for the next 5 weeks.

Note: For recurring subscriptions, only the initial payment applies toward Active qualification.

While an Affiliate remains Active, unused SV in the Right and Left Communities may continue to accumulate. If an Affiliate becomes inactive for more than 35 consecutive days, uncycled SV (beyond the current week) may be forfeited ("flushed"), as outlined in the Compensation Plan.

Active status is required to earn Creator Override Commissions, Network Community Overrides, Rank Attainment Rewards, and participation in the Global Rank Advancement Pool.

If calculated payouts for a given weekly or monthly period exceed the SV Payout Cap, SV-based compensation for that period may be proportionally adjusted.
Example: If unadjusted payouts total 73%, SV-based payouts may be reduced by 3% for that period.
