The Great Discovery's Compensation Plan is designed to reward you financially—whether you're creating courses, promoting content, or building a global community with like-minded people. With multiple ways to earn weekly and monthly income, Affiliates and Creators can generate both immediate commissions and significant long-term residual rewards with fairness, and unlimited global reach.
It's all about sharing life-enhancing wisdom, knowledge, and content through a global affiliate community that works together for the betterment of humanity...and can make a great living doing so.

How the Marketplace Works
The Great Discovery is a global education and affiliate marketplace where content creators, affiliates, and learners all work together.
- Content Creators can host their courses, products, or subscriptions on the TGD Marketplace on a revenue share basis, and get weekly royalties and affiliate compensation on their content sales. Content Creators are also Affiliates, meaning that they earn both Creator Royalties on the sale of their own content, and Affiliate compensation on sales of ANY Marketplace content occurring in their global network community.
- 30 to 70% of the revenue from each Marketplace sale is typically shared with the Affiliate community that helped promote and sell that content worldwide. Content pricing may also be adjusted according to the economic scale of different countries to enhance global access and affordability.
- Affiliates can earn by promoting any Marketplace courses, products, services, or subscriptions—no matter who created it. They can also earn on any content sales occurring by other Affiliates in their global network community through unlimited relationships.
- Learners get access to the knowledge and content of expert creators from all over the world, in local language, on just about any topic they want to learn about. Learners can also choose to become Affiliates for free and earn while they learn.
- All compensation is based on content sales—creating a fair and sustainable system where every sale works to the financial benefit of everyone who helped make it happen.
How You Get Paid
There are multiple ways to earn—some pay weekly, others monthly—giving you a steady flow of income and long-term residual rewards.
Three and Free on Certain Subscriptions
Whenever you have three (3) of your direct enrollees paying for a qualifying monthly subscription, the fees for your own monthly subscription of the same type will be waived for that month. As long as you have 3 people paying for theirs, you don't pay for yours. Qualifying subscriptions include AI Genius Club and Channels.
1. Creator Royalties
Content Creators earn royalties every time their content sells—either directly or through the community.

2. Creator Override Commissions
As an Active Independent Affiliate, you get paid 5% of the Shared Volume (SV) for ongoing content sales of the Content Creators you personally enroll, even if the sales occur outside of your Network Community.

3. Direct Sales Commissions
When you sell any Marketplace course, product, or subscription directly to a Learner or Affiliate, you earn 20% of the Shared Volume (SV) available on that item.

4. Network Community Overrides (NCO)
Every Affiliate has a Business Center in the network that oversees the growth and development of two communities - one Right Community and one Left Community. Every Learner or Affiliate that you refer is automatically placed in one of them, as are all their referrals, and so on.
If you are Active, the TGD compensation system generates an "Override Cycle" each time $100 SV of sales is accumulated in both your Right and Left Community (for a total of $200 SV), and pays you a Network Community Override in an amount determined by your Affiliate rank.

5. Rank Attainment Rewards
When you achieve a new rank, you get rewarded immediately and long-term:

7. The SV Payout Cap
To keep the system strong and sustainable, total SV commissions and bonuses are capped at a whopping 70% of all Shared Volume (SV). If bonuses exceed this limit in a week, the system may proportionately adjust Shared Volume based payouts to stay within the cap.

Definitions & Special Terms

| Qualifying Volume (QV) | The actual price a buyer pays for a product or service. Used for calculating Creator Royalties and Affiliate rank qualifications. |
| Shared Volume (SV) | The designated portion of each sale that is shared with the overall Affiliate community. Used to calculate all Affiliate compensation other than Creator Royalties. |
| Independent Affiliate (IA) | Anyone who is eligible to earn royalties, commissions, or bonuses on the sale of a marketplace product or service. |
| Active | An Independent Affiliate with an active Genius Club membership OR USD $40 in new sales or purchases within previous 5 weeks is "Active" for bonus purposes. |
| Group Qualifying Volume (GQV) | Total Qualifying Volume from all sales in both your right and left Network Communities. Used for calculating rank and bonuses. |
| Business Center | Your personal position as an Affiliate within the overall TGD global network. It is interconnected with all Affiliates starting before you that had a part in your enrollment, as well as all the Affiliates that start after you which will become part of your global network community. |
| Right Community / Left Community | Each Business Center oversees two network communities, with one Right Community and one Left Community. Except for Creator Royalties, all compensation to an Affiliate Business Center is generated from sales occurring in the Right or Left Community of that Business Center. |
| Network Community Overrides (NCO) | If you are Active, the TGD compensation system generates an "Override Cycle" each time 100 SV of sales is accumulated in both communities, and pays you a Network Community Override in an amount determined by your Affiliate rank. |
