The Reset-60 Program is built around my signature RESET Method™, a sustainable framework that helps women over 40 lose weight, rebuild energy, and create lasting habits without extreme dieting.

So many women are using medication to lose weight.  Yet it works but what it doesn't teach is how to keep the weight off.  Long term weight management is most successful with a focus on habit, mindset and your relationship with food.  That's what sets me apart from other weight loss professionals.  Together we get to the root cause of your weight gain, your self-belief.  As you understand those aspects, you grow, change and keep the weight off.

At age 62, I finally got tired of being overweight. So I used my knowledge of nutrition, habit change and coaching on myself! I developed a weight loss program for women over 40 who want to shed stubborn menopause weight! I've lost more than 25 pounds with no medication and feel like myself again!

Who am I? • Masters of Science Degree in Nutrition, and was previously a registered dietitian.
