What you'll learn

Everytime we travel a lot of us tell ourselves I'm going to workout while away from home and we have every intention of doing it but we fall short and find a reason to not do the one thing that is going to give us a positive frame of mind, and allow us to be our best!

In this training you will learn the following regarding working out when on the road:

  1. The simplest and some of the most effective workouts are those you do with your own bodyweight - AKA Isometric training
  2. Workouts can be done in your hotel room without having to find a gym when you are traveling or can;t make it to the gym.
  3. Workouts don't require any specilized equipment, minimal equipment, or no equipment at all.
  4. How to keep workouts simple, short but effective through proper form and focus and breath control.

Requirements

Requirements for this course are simple!

  1. The will and desire to be consistent with mainting your personal health&wellness while on the road without having to go to the gym.
  2. Very little equipment, or no equipment.
  3. Never accepting less than the best for yourself!

Creator

Sanjay Raja has a unique perspective on nutrition and fitness as he was a former MMA fighter and is a martial arts teacher. In 2011 he founded Team No Excuses Fitness and Nutrition, a worldwide nutrition and fitness education company to help children and adults achieve their nutrition and fitness goals through education and cutting through all the misinformation. 

Sanjay has developed a following for his business and has been interviewed on and continues to appear on numerous platforms including TV, radio, podcasts, and other platforms for his expertise on health & nutrition.

He is a published author on the subject of nutrition and fitness as he recently published his book: The Food Talk: A Parents’ Guide to Teaching Healthy Habits to Kids of All Ages. He is a national speaker on a variety of topics including nutrition, fitness, motivation and others. Sanjay has degrees in biology, chemistry, and physical science, and for over a decade has served as a consultant, educating physicians and surgeons on various disease states and surgical techniques using different medical devices. 

He works with companies large and small in the US and the world to help implement health and wellness programs for these organizations to empower employees to take charge of their health through easy to implement actions.

He is currently in production of a TV show based on his book he published in 2018 which will air in 2024 in 300M homes nationwide as he'll be traveling the country educating individuals, families, and organizations to tackle the pandemic of obesity.

Lastly, he is a professional actor with credits that include two episodes of season four of the Netflix series House of Cards. He also has appearances in films/TV shows with new projects set to release in 2024.
