Michele Maddox serves women in their encore years who feel unheard and overlooked due to ageism in society. Too many women in their second chapter have been marginalized and told they are irrelevant when they could be respected as leaders, role models and creative problem solvers. Too many elder women have accepted this societal judgment and have given up on living the lives they dream of.

These "seasoned women" whose wisdom and resilience have evolved through eras of war, economic downturns and societal upheaval will re-discover a feeling of being alive again and necessary to the world.Michele's private and group coaching offers are for women of every age who will be inspired to rewrite old narratives of their lives and create a powerful legacy - a source of great pride.

She has also created a virtual invitational, membership community called, "Circling Wisdom: a Place to Re-Discover You in Your Golden Years", as a safe space for women to be free to share their greatest challenges and dreams privately and confidentially. Members enjoy interviews with experts, articles, exercises and tools all related to their most important goals and challenges.

Her past experience involves a career on Wall Street with Salomon Brothers, the #1 investment banking firm in the world where she was recruited as the first African American woman to join a Wall Street top five Municipal Finance team. In later years Michele practiced as a Rule 31 Listed Mediator for the Tennessee Supreme Court's Family and Juvenile Divisions. She has served on domestic and international boards of directors dedicated to women reintegrated into society following incarceration, health management, fine arts and community improvement initiatives.
