In 2004, Neco moved to the U.S. where he excelled as a creative director for two New York-based animation firms, collaborating with the world’s leading advertising agencies. In 2013, he established Leib Productions, focusing on helping businesses create effective video content that drives results. Since 2020, he has pioneered Remote Video Production, an innovative approach that produces high-quality, professional videos remotely—making top-tier video production accessible and affordable for small to medium-sized businesses. This method has revolutionized how companies engage with their audiences, proving that powerful storytelling can be achieved from anywhere.
