We love helping coaches, consultants, and small business owners experience amazing growth while learning ways to honor themselves and their people at a whole new level!  How we do it is what we're excited to share to specifically help coaches and consultants to open new doors and land more client work.

Michael Sharp is the Strategic Partners Director at EXOS Advisors and is the head of the online training department.  He also has done hundreds of CVI coaching sessions as he works alongside the EXOS’ network of business clients, coaches, and consultant trainees. He’s proud to be part of the team creating a legacy of happy clients. 

His passion is to give new awareness to organizational leaders and empower them to better steward their  people. Why?  Because people may work hard, but they are often “mis-stewarded.” He provides training, facilitation, and coaching with individuals, leaders, and teams and brings a wide range of expertise from different market sectors. For years he has caused IT, advertising, non-profit, coaching, and consulting businesses to expand. All while being “an expert at understanding how people are naturally wired and gifted.”
