This is a wonderful course from Shiraz Baboo. He clearly and succintly maps out steps to change your thoughts. He lived with rheumatoid arthritis for 17 years. Living with this debilitating disease (dis-ease), he learned the cure didn't come from Western Medicine...it came from him.
