Coach Tan is a Certified Facilitator, Coach and Consultant with Goshen CT Sdn Bhd. He has over 30 years of experience wearing various hats in the Corporate world from Robotics Engineer, Technical Consultants, Sales & Products Manager, Key Account Management, Senior Management to Country Manager.

Coach Tan loves dealing with people, especially coaching them to embrace changes. Throughout the last 15 years as an executive and work performance coach, he has gained a valuable knowledge and perspective of a person’s life at the workplace. He truly belief that people’s potential requires support, guidance and most important critically challenging individual in order to provoke that inner motivation towards the progress making.

Certified as Organization Coaches in Navigation for High Performance by N.E.W.S Coaching & Training Sarl, Swiss-based leading developer of self-navigation tools and coaching systems. Certified as Personal Efficiency Programme Facilitator. Certified Consultant for iWAM JobEQ, Belgium, a Profiling tool to analyze Attitude & Motivation.

He has acquired a vast of experience in people’s development; especially in specialize area involves leadership, coaching and mentoring of executive to senior management of local and MNCs in various industries such as oil and gas, manufacturing, engineering, IT, construction, FMCGs and Government Linked organization in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.

He was awarded a Coaching Leadership Award in the Pride of Global HR Excellence Awards at World HRD Congress.
