Requirements

The Fullness Fix is designed for individuals who are ready to approach weight loss in a non-restrictive, sustainable way. To get the most out of this experience, the following are essential:

  • You are not currently engaging in active disordered eating behaviors (such as purging, restricting, or bingeing in a way that requires clinical support). This course is not a substitute for eating disorder treatment and may not be appropriate if you’re in an acute phase of recovery.

  • You’re open to a new approach. Sustainable weight loss doesn’t happen through rigid plans or quick fixes. This process involves shifting your mindset first, then making gradual, realistic changes to how you eat and relate to food.

  • You understand that the goal of this course is clarity—not control. While weight loss may be part of your long-term goal, this course focuses on helping you feel less overwhelmed, more in tune with your body, and more confident in your next steps—not on reaching a specific number on the scale.

If you’re ready to explore a smarter, more self-respecting way to take care of your body, you’re in exactly the right place.
