Jody’s Speaking the Truth course was a truly powerful and insightful experience. Her ability to create a safe, supportive space allowed me to explore my own voice and express myself with authenticity and confidence. Her wisdom, compassion, and depth, helped me recognize the importance of speaking from the heart and standing in my truth. Jody has a wonderful gift for guiding others to uncover their inner strength and communicate with clarity and integrity.
A great reminder that words do really make a difference. What you speak is what you create. Wake up call! Old habits are hard to break, especially those that are generated in early childhood. It all starts with being aware of what you are speaking. Pay close attention to the words you are using. When you catch yourself using the "NOT" word make note of it, immediately make the shift to the new phrase. Keep count of how many times you catch yourself using that word. At the end of the day start a collection cup and put in 1$ per each time you caught yourself using the "NOT" word. At the end of the week how much have you collected. After a few weeks of this you will see less money in the cup. I love it Jody. There are many words we habitually use without recall and then wonder why challenges continue to linger in our life.
