🌿 Preparation Guidelines for Your Live Zoom Hypnotherapy Session
To ensure you receive the deepest, safest, and most effective experience, please prepare the following before our session:
🛋️ 1. Comfortable Setup

A supportive chair, recliner, or sofa where your head and neck are fully supported

You may also lie down if you prefer (just ensure you won’t fall asleep)

A blanket nearby (body temperature can drop during hypnosis)

Cushions for additional comfort if needed
🔕 2. Quiet, Private Environment

A room where you will not be disturbed

Inform family/housemates not to interrupt

Silence phones, smart watches, and notifications

Turn off doorbells if possible

Keep pets in another room if they may interrupt
This is your sacred time — uninterrupted space is essential.

Soft, gentle lighting (lamps rather than overhead lights if possible)

Avoid bright screens shining directly in your eyes

Natural light is beautiful, but ensure you’re comfortable
🎧 4. Audio & Technology

Strong, stable internet connection

Fully charged device (or plugged in)

Headphones or earbuds are strongly recommended for immersive sound

Test your Zoom audio before the session

Position your device so your face and upper body are visible
🎶 5. Sound Atmosphere (Optional)

Soft background music or healing frequencies are welcome if you enjoy them

Keep volume low so my voice remains clear and dominant

Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process. You are always in control. You cannot be made to do anything against your will. Your only job is to relax, listen, and allow.
