Requirements

Requirements & Terms of Service

This is a non-refundable consulting service priced as listed at the time of purchase.

Each purchase includes one 60-minute consulting session conducted via Zoom.

Sessions must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase. Both Daniel and the client will make reasonable efforts to secure the earliest available time. Daniel reserves the right to extend the scheduling window when appropriate.

All consulting is delivered over Zoom, with or without video, based on the client’s preference and technical setup.

No refunds will be issued once the session has been completed or if the client is dissatisfied with the outcome.

Consulting content—including recordings, materials, and recommendations—is for the client’s personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

Daniel reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session if the client exhibits inappropriate behavior or violates these terms.

Results vary for each client. No specific business, financial, or personal outcome is guaranteed.

Schedule changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the session without refund.

Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection; technical issues on the client’s side count toward allotted session time.

By purchasing this program, the client agrees to these terms in full.
