HAE Certification Training prepares you to professionally review client materials, organize content, onboard courses on The Great Discovery platform, identify red flags, and follow the standardized workflow required to accurately execute client projects as a certified Hire an Expert. March 28, 2026 11am - 3pm ET.

In this certification training, you will learn the complete workflow required to work as a Hire an Expert (HAE) on The Great Discovery platform. This includes reviewing client materials, identifying missing information or red flags, organizing course files, and properly onboarding and uploading courses for clients.
You will also learn the standardized HAE process for building course structure, uploading lessons, managing client project details, tracking work time, and communicating professionally throughout a project.
Upon successful completion of this training and passing the certification exam, you will be certified to upload and onboard courses for clients as a Hire an Expert (HAE) and will be eligible to begin accepting client projects through the HAE program.
This section provides the core training required to become a certified Hire an Expert (HAE), covering client material review, course onboarding, platform workflow, red flag identification, and the professional standards expected when working on client projects.
To participate in the HAE Certification Training and work with client projects, you must meet the following requirements:
Reliable computer with high-speed internet access capable of uploading and managing large files without significant delays
Basic to intermediate computer skills, including file organization, uploading files, and working within online platforms
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and complete tasks step-by-step
Strong attention to detail when reviewing materials and uploading course content
Professional communication skills when working with clients and the HAE team
Ability to stay organized when managing course materials, files, and project information
Completion of the certification training and successful passing of the HAE exam
Certification is only granted to individuals who demonstrate the ability to follow the HAE workflow accurately and meet the standards required to work on client projects.
