By answering 25 guided questions across five key areas of environmental wellness, you will gain a clearer understanding of whether your environment supports your productivity and consistency or contributes to distraction, inefficiency, and mental fatigue. At the end of the audit, you will receive a score and profile that helps you identify opportunities to reduce friction, improve focus, and create an environment that supports your goals and daily routines.
