Your interest at this point could be for a friend or perhaps yourself. You could be feeling dread at having to consider if quitting drinking will be necessary. Perhaps, but look at it this way. Are you putting everything else aside to favor your drinking? Your job, your family, children, maybe even your livelyhood? How about your freedom if you get caught drinking and driving? No one needs to know that you're looking into the cause of your drinking. Especially if you are worrried if you are an alcoholic. Keep it to yourself for now and then once you have more information you can make a better choice for yourself. Just decide what is truly important in your life, your drinking, or what you stand to lose if you don't stop.
