The exact steps I took on my journey to wellness, avoiding arthritis, digestive issues, pain and energy loss. I actually kept diabetes from expressing and the Lou Gherig's gene from expressing. I plan to walk past the age of 70 when my grandmother and dad could not. I need to help people live vibrantly and not let them fall into decline or disease.
