Renée Mollan -Masters has been interested in the learning process for much of her adult life. She earned her Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology from California State University, Fullerton. During school she always wondered why she had to study more than most people to be successful.

She began her career as a Speech Pathologist and happened to read the book by Howard Gardner call Frames Of Mind. In the book he talked about how everyone learns differently and if you discover how, you learn you will learn fast and better than ever before. Renée fully understood this and was very excited by the idea.

Renée used her knowledge of leaning and language and developed the You Are Smarter Than You Think program in 1987. She spoke about this discovery all over Southern California and eventually turned it into a book.

Renée helping nursing students all over the country with her book and at last count she has help more than 200,000 students become successful.
