Frank Monteforte @Frank
Life Coach
My name is Frank and I am currently assisting adults in need of guidance as a life coach. I was brought up in a dysfunctional home environment which did not allow me to grow and mature as an emotionally-healthy adult. My childhood upbringing led me to self-examine my life choices and experiences as I became an adult. Therapeutic intervention and self-reflection allowed me to grow emotionally, which resulted in a desire to help people who have also experienced adversarial lifes. I earned a Life Coach Certification from the International Association of Professions Career College, and I have over 11 years of experience in assisting people in recovery.
For 35 years, I have been a home loan mortgage consultant with three national lenders: General Motors Acceptance Corporation Mortgage, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo. Being a consultant enabled my clients to achieve home ownership, from first time homeowners to major investors. Previously, I owned and operated a food manufacturing company with over 20 employees for 17 years. I also owned and operated a florist shop for 10 years. For 49 years, I have been involved with my community’s Kiwanis Club. During those years I have served as Member, President, and Treasurer.
Self-improvement has always been a part of my life, as I have read over 100 self-help books including, but not limited to recovery, codependency, and positivity. The knowledge I gained from those books further helped me to become a responsible and mature adult. I continue to educate myself so that I could cope with the effects of childhood and adolescent abuse. I have learned to love myself so that I can be able to help anyone who is willing to invest in themselves for a better way of life.
