Requirements

To ensure the experience is effective and deeply personalized, the following are required before the program begins:

Required Pre-Work:

  • Completion of a Comprehensive Wellness Intake Form
  • A Pre-Program Reflection Exercise

Required Pre-Call:

  • One 30–45 minute pre-intensive alignment call
    • Clarify goals
    • Review expectations
    • Confirm readiness
    • Identify immediate pressure points

  • Willingness to implement small changes weekly
  • Openness to reflection and honest feedback
