Welcome. I am really glad you are here.
You may feel a little hesitant about beginning this course, and that makes sense. Letting go can touch tender places — emotions, pain, shame, old memories, and reactions you may not fully understand yet. We aren't going to rush that. We're going to take this one step at a time, with gentleness, honesty, and the truth of who you are in Christ.
In this course, I will walk you through The Letting Go Method: Spot It, Silence It, Stop It. You'll learn how to notice the thought underneath your reaction, answer shame with truth, and stop the spiral before it carries you somewhere you don't want to go.
My prayer is that you begin to feel less confused by your reactions and more able to respond with calm, composed confidence — not because you are trying harder, but because Christ equips you and empowers you.
Be aware of the Lord's presence. He comforts. He heals. And He loves you.
~Stephanie
