Terms of Service & Participation Agreement

By registering for and participating in the Speed Networking event hosted by Haleh Houshim (“Host”), you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms:

1. Event Nature & Access

This is a recurring virtual networking event intended for business professionals and entrepreneurs. Attendance is free of charge, though optional premium offers or affiliate services may be introduced during or after the session. The Host reserves the right to adjust the schedule, format, or structure of the event at any time without prior notice.

2. Information Sharing

Participants may voluntarily share their personal and professional contact details during registration or within the event itself. By doing so, you consent to the following:

• Your contact details may be shared with other attendees for networking purposes.

• The Host may compile and distribute cumulative directories (past and future participants) in digital format.

• Your participation may contribute to community-based or monetized content, services, or offerings developed by the Host or affiliated parties.

3. Use of Information

The shared networking directory and all related resources are intended strictly for personal, professional networking use. Redistribution, resale, data scraping, or any public use of contact information without permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Conduct & Behavior

All participants are expected to maintain respectful, professional conduct at all times. The Host reserves the right to remove or block any individual for:

• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior

• Unwelcome solicitation or spam

• Violation of privacy or misuse of participant information

No refunds or continued access will be granted to individuals removed due to misconduct.

5. No Guarantee of Results

This event is designed to facilitate introductions and foster business relationships. However, the Host makes no promises or guarantees regarding business outcomes, lead generation, or networking success.

6. Media & Recording

This event may be recorded, screen captured, or used in future promotional or training content. By attending, you grant the Host permission to use your likeness, name, and contributions unless a written request for exclusion is submitted in advance of the event.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

The Host assumes no liability for:

• The actions, follow-up, or communication of any participant

• Business outcomes or connections resulting from the event

• Technical issues such as Zoom disruptions or access limitations

8. Affiliate Disclosure

Some tools, platforms, or links shared during or after the event may be affiliate linked. The Host may earn referral commissions if participants take action through these links.
